Sold ✅
Sinister Scar
5 year old, AQHA Grey Gelding
14.3 hands, black and grey mane

Scar is a sweet, well bred, and of conformationally correct build. He’s a willing type that likes to learn, he ties and stand well. Good for vet and farrier, lunges well, loads in trailer, and is easy to handle.

Scar is well started but has been sitting a bit this winter/spring. Previously to this spring he’s been ridden English and western, popped over small logs and jumps, he’s even been shot off of with a small pistol, and dragged objects like tires on a rope.

Since he’s been sitting he does need a refresher to get him going again. He will only be sold to someone who is a trainer or has plans of having a trainer. Scar is a nice young and athletic horse and I would like to see him finished correctly. He can be spooky as he has been sitting.

Scar could go in any direction.

Wild Shiner
April 18, 2006
Florida Bred, with 13 starts

Shiner is a chestnut mare, standing at 16 hands. She is sweet and compassionate. She had a later start under saddle as she was a brood mare for the last few years. She is no longer breeding sound, so she has gone back to work under saddle.

She is willing and forward, and enjoys flat and some small fences. She still needs to learn connection, and collection as she gets stronger. She is willing to longe, happy to work in side reins, and good on the trail. She would be suitable for someone interested in bringing along a project, and someone working with a trainer.

At this point in time, she can go in any direction. She has worn English and western tack, and is suitable on the trail.

She may enjoy being a companion, pampered and loved.

Barefoot, up to date. She is good for vet and farrier, requires good feed to keep her weight. Respects electric fence.

Free Lease available.
Trainer/barn references required
PPE welcome at interested buyers expense

Companion Home only

I have a beautiful mare for a companion home. She’s a bay, TB, about 15.2. I’m happy to disclose more info for anyone interested.

She’s been with me for 2 years, and while she is capable of a few things she would prefer to be a pasture ornament.

I’m happy to disclose ALL of her story, work type, preferences and quirks. She is not for a first time horse owner, absolutely not for a beginner, and not for anyone timid.

She’s happy and safe here but if there a situation that presents that would be a good fit, that’s exactly what I’m looking for.

If your still reading:

Boss Mare, will display full blown “angry mare” faces. She has never been mean or dangerous, but her facial expressions may encourage you to think otherwise.

She does require maintenance such as regumate, she is behaved for farrier, and vet.

If you are an experienced person, have a paddock or barn, with a private area, and are interested. Send us a PM.
