The Democratic Leadership Club and the Republican Club are pleased to announce that we will be hosting an Aldermanic Forum on March 2nd at 6pm at the Rutland Free Library. All candidates have been invited to this event, and the public is welcomed. The forum will be 90 minutes. There will be two moderators, and we will allow audience questions as well. If you have any questions please feel free to message this Facebook group or the Castleton Republican Club Facebook group as well!

President Obama,
Thank you for all the hard work you have done over the last 8 years. Through good times and bad you have been the leader this country needed. Your family was classy, caring, and showed leadership in many areas. First Lady Michelle Obama will be deeply missed for her compassion for children, activism, and overall grace. From all of us we wish you the best of luck with whatever you decide to do in your next step. You will be missed.

Congratulations to Hillary Clinton for being the first woman candidate for a major party. You may not have won the electoral vote, but you did win the majority of the population. You were classy, intelligent, and an inspiration throughout this race.
