🆓 FREE PRESCHOOL FOR YOUR 4-YEAR-OLD IN DOUGLAS COUNTY! 🎉 Douglas County Early Childhood Council (DCECC) is your Local Coordinating Organization (LCO) for Colorado’s Universal Pre-K (UPK) program!

Here’s the deal:
✅ 10–15 hours/week FREE for ALL Colorado families with a child turning 4 by October 1
✅ Up to 30 hours/week possible for families who meet qualifying factors (income, special needs, etc.)
