We are thrilled to introduce Miss Katy Belles of Spangle as our 2026 WA Hereford Queen. She had an impressive week at the Jr. Nationals, fulfilling her role as our queen, competing in showmanship, showcasing her heifer, achieving a 2nd place overall finish in the Cook off challenge and participating in various events. She holds the dual positions of 2025/2026 WA. State FFA President and current WA. State Jr. Hereford President. Her future aspirations involve pursuing higher education at the University of Idaho to earn a bachelor's degree in rangeland and ecology.

Attention all Washington State Hereford breeders and Hereford enthusiasts!

Unfortunately, due to a lack of membership and fewer dues being submitted each year, our Adult Association is in danger of potentially folding. We definitely do not want this to happen. If it were not for the Adult Association, the Junior Association would not be where it is today.

We have a new way for you to either renew your membership or submit your first-time membership this year: Showman App!

If you are not exhibiting at Spring Youth Fair, but would still like to pay your dues online instead of sending a check, please act like you are starting an entry. Skip all the entry information and go straight to the questions section. There you will find the Washington State Adult Association, where you can pay your dues for $40.

If you are showing, the option will already be there. Just make sure you add it to the cart on your child’s account and submit it with your entries.

For those of you who may not know what the Adult Association does, they help pay premiums for the kids at the State Fair, manage the Queen Program funds, and award several scholarships to our Washington State juniors.
