Castle Rock AIKIDO instructor, Aleksei Nikolayev (pictured right), placed 1st last weekend in the welter weight adult division of the “Solid Series” Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) tournament in Denver. Aleksei has been practicing AIKIDO since 1989, and also BJJ for the past 5 years. Congratulations, Sensei!
