To our homeschool families and prospective families:

Please join us at New Hope Church on Monday, August 17th at 2:30pm as we join together and continue what we started, but as a fully Christian, private homeschool program through Summit Christian Academy.

We have the opportunity to continue with the following options:
~ 1-Day program for $2,100/year per student
~ 2-Day program for $4,200/year per student
~ low to no-cost Parent led co-op

At the parent meeting, we'll decide which one of the programs to continue this fall. Thank you for your faithfulness!

It is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to close Summit Homeschool Academy. The uncertainty caused by CDE's delays in decision-making has caused too many withdrawals to deliver the program we had communicated.

Thank you to all of our families and teachers that have made this program special and successful! I have loved serving all of you.

I'm very proud of the homeschool community that has risen up in the last 4 years to disciple their children and help them thrive! There are SO many program in Castle Rock now - woo hoo!!

Parents.... Don't be afraid to homeschool without a public program. There are way too many of us mammas to let you fall. Tune into CRCO Homeschool Hub and Hope for Homeschoolers pages. We're all still here!

Classical Education: A Return to the Garden

📅 July 27–28, 2026

📍 New Hope Presbyterian Church – Castle Rock

This two-day conference is designed for homeschool parents, teachers, and school leaders who want to deepen their understanding of classical education and the Memoria Press curriculum.

Sessions will include:
📚 Classical reading and literature instruction
✍️ Classical composition and writing
🏛 Latin curriculum training
🌿 Nature studies and enrichment
🧠 Logic and upper school instruction
🏫 Guidance for homeschool, hybrid, and private schools

You will hear from Memoria Press educators and master teachers, including Kathy Becker, Jessica Watson, and Andy Sojourner.

Whether you are new to classical education or have been teaching for years, this conference will provide practical tools, training, and encouragement.

Just a reminder that our Space Foundation field trip is this Thursday, June 4th! We’re excited for a fun day of exploring, learning, and discovering all things space. 🌎⭐
Please make sure students arrive on time and are ready for a great day. Bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothes and shoes is recommended.
We can’t wait for an awesome adventure together! 🚀✨
