🎉 That’s something worth celebrating! 🎉

Thanks to prevention efforts across our state—including programs like Be Epic, Escape the Vape—we’re helping more young people make healthy choices.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families, 🏫 schools, and 🤝 communities all have a role to play in creating a healthier future. Together, we’re building a healthier future, one conversation at a time.

💚 That’s a wrap on 4-H! 💚
We want to thank everyone for all your support and for helping us GO GREEN! We appreciate everyone who joined in and helped make it a success!
We had one report come in that was just too strange not to share! We received a call from the sheriff’s office saying they had a report from the airport that the sky was GREEN! A pilot had reported seeing green in the sky, and they wanted to know if it might have something to do with us.
We assured them, YES, it was us! Nothing to worry about, folks… we were just GOING GREEN!
As we ride off, fly off, or walk into the sunset, we want to remind you that there’s never a bad time to GO GREEN!
Thank you again to everyone who supported us. We couldn’t have done it without you!

When emotions begin to feel overwhelming, it can help to pause before reacting. The STOP technique is a simple mindfulness tool that can help you respond thoughtfully instead of impulsively. Even taking a few seconds to pause can help you feel more grounded and in control. 💛
