Take a look at March's Featured Musicians from Mrs. Baker: 5K (Class of the Month), Easton Uppena (HS Spotlight), Arya Steele (MS Spotlight), and Desmond Baker (MS Spotlight)!!

Congratulations to these amazing musicians on their successful day at Solo & Ensemble!! On Saturday, 12 Students attended the contest hosted by River Ridge. Our school came away with 8 gold medals and 1 silver! Instrumental soloists receiving gold were Aiden Cloud (tenor sax solo), Eva Larsen (flute solo), and Letty Jackson (flute solo). Otto Kasper-Theisen received a silver on his difficult class b flute solo. Vocal soloists receiving gold were Arya Steele (class c), Sappheire Yang (class c), and Audrey Pohle (class b). We also had a group of ladies from MS Choir that sang a triple duet: Eva Larsen, Mihia Eick, Sappheire Yang, Arya Steele, Violet Fure, and Nora Filipiak. They received a gold medal. Lastly, Levi Bartels and Desmond Baker received a gold medal on their class c duet. Way to go students!!! Mrs. Baker and Mr. Gile are proud of what you accomplished!

Congratulations Rylee & Easton on your gold medals at District Solo & Ensemble! Wish Easton good luck on his state qualifying song! He will participate in State Solo & Ensemble at UW-Platteville in April. Way to go you two!!

Next week we have our Pops Concerts on back to back nights! Monday at 6pm is our 4K-5th Gr concert "Songs From TV Shows." Tuesday at 6pm is our MS & HS concert "Through The Decades." It will be an amazing two nights of music. Please come support our music students next week!!

Happy New Year!!! Mrs. Baker would like to share her singer spotlights and music class of the month from December. 5th Grade was the music class of the month and shared their favorite songs from each year starting back in 1st grade. The MS & HS Singer Spotlights were Tate Rouse and Codie Wallis. Enjoy learning about these musicians!!
