Shout out to our food service program for their hard work over the summer. Our Summer Food Program and Back to Scratch initiative resulted in us distributing over 25,000 lbs of fresh fruits and vegetables from local farms. Many thanks to ValleyHUB KVCC who helped us connect with local farms.

From August 18–20, our teachers and staff engaged in building- and district-level sessions focused on strengthening instructional practices, collaboration, and strategies to support student learning.
On Wednesday, we came together for our District Kick-Off Gathering—a chance to reconnect, celebrate our Ranger community, and set the tone for a great year ahead.

Following our 2026–2027 School Year Opening Remarks, Cassopolis Public Schools staff gathered in the high school courtyard for our annual Ranger BBQ Lunch - special thanks to our Food Service and to the Hagen Agency for buying our lunch! 💙
It was the perfect opportunity to relax, reconnect with colleagues, welcome new faces, and celebrate the start of another school year together.
We’re recharged, connected, and ready for a great year ahead. Here’s to an amazing 2026–2027 school year! Go Rangers! 💙

August is here, and our Rangers are getting ready! 💙

Across Cassopolis, preparations are underway for a great 2026–2027 school year. Our secretaries are collaborating to refine their systems to keep our buildings running smoothly. Our principals and district leaders are learning together and strengthening systems to better support our teachers and serve our students. Transportation and operations staff are strengthening strategies to support students safely, our newest Rangers are beginning their journey through New Teacher Orientation, and our Transitional Kindergarten teacher is also preparing to launch a new curriculum and build strong foundations for our youngest learners.

Every role matters. Every effort makes a difference.
