Red Bug Elementary PTA

👻 It’s October, which means it’s time for a little spooky-season fun at Red Bug! 🎃🐞🖤

We know life gets BUSY. Between work, school, sports, activities, and everything in between, not everyone has the time to attend meetings or volunteer, and that’s okay!

With a Red Bug PTA Ghost Membership, you can support your Bugs without ever having to set foot on campus! 👻
✨ NO mandatory meetings
✨ NO volunteering required
✨ NO guilt
✨ Just a one-time $8 contribution that helps support our Bugs! 🐞

Your support helps make so many things possible at Red Bug, including:
🐞 Classroom grants & teacher support
🐞 Student activities and assemblies
🐞 Family events
🐞 Teacher & staff appreciation
🐞 Books and media center resources
🐞 PE, music, and art supplies
🐞 And so much more!

Think of it as supporting Red Bug PTA from the shadows. 👻😉

🎃 AND THERE’S A LITTLE TREAT IN IT FOR YOU! 👻
Every student whose grown up joins by October 30 will receive a special treat! 🍬🐞
So whether you’re a busy parent, grandparent, family member, or just someone who wants to support our Bugs, there’s no need to attend meetings or volunteer. Your support alone makes a difference! ❤️

We do it for the kids! 👏

Behind every school event, fundraiser, and little bit of Red Bug magic, there’s a whole lot of teamwork - and sometimes a dad who gets recruited whether he planned on it or not. 😉❤️🖤

Calling all Red Bug creators! 🎨🎶📸
PTA Reflections is back, and we can’t wait to see what our students create this year!

Not familiar with Reflections? It’s a National PTA program that allows students to express themselves through the arts, share something meaningful to them, and potentially have their work advance beyond the school level.

🌎 This year’s theme: “What My Culture Means to Me”
What does culture mean to YOU? Maybe it’s your family traditions, the food you grew up with, music, language, celebrations, your community, or something completely unique to your own story.

There are so many ways to participate:
🎨 Visual Arts
📸 Photography
📚 Literature
🎵 Music Composition
🎬 Film Production
💃 Dance Choreography

And here’s the best part: you don’t have to think of yourself as an “artist” to participate. Reflections is about YOUR ideas, YOUR experiences, and YOUR creativity. There’s no one right way to interpret the theme. So start thinking… What does your culture mean to you?
