It has come to our attention that a recent video circulating online features a parent expressing concerns about classroom safety and staff conduct at our center. While we respect every family’s right to voice their experiences, we want to reassure you that the claims being shared are not reflective of the reality at Ms Vivian’s childcare and Education Center. The statements made in the video are unfounded and stem from a personal matter unrelated to the care or safety of the children. Out of respect for the privacy of all involved and in order to uphold the integrity of our staff and the center, we have chosen not to accommodate certain demands that would have compromised our values and policies. As a small, family-owned center, we remain deeply committed to the safety, education, and well-being of each and every child. Our team works with great care and dedication to provide a nurturing, enriching environment that supports healthy development and growth. We understand how important trust and transparency are.
