After three years in the making, Natrona County School District, the State of Wyoming, Kelly Walsh students, parents and many more involved in the process opened the doors to the public.

The 1,570 capacity school will host a registered 1,800 students on August 31st.

With many thank you and kind words, the school was dedicated, we will get to that, but first we wanted to share an inside look at the new Kelly Walsh High School!

Attention Kelly Walsh alumni (both students and faculty):
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at Kelly Walsh on June 10th 2016 at 6PM. After the ceremony there will be an open house for both the original building and the new facility.

Mark your calendar and if possible try to take advantage of the opportunity to see the new and refresh memories of the old... We don't want to say too much, but there may be opportunities for you to take some of those memories home with you in a more concrete fashion.

Rodstock is tomorrow. An all day music festival that grew from Mr. Rodney Mahaffey classroom to needing the entire gym, is a time for students to come together with, give back to, and celebrate the Kelly Walsh (and Casper) community. In 2015, Kelly Walsh students raised over $27,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Tomorrow, we come together to celebrate each other.
