🌸 Manager Appreciation Shoutout: Karli! 🌸

There really aren’t enough words to say how much we appreciate Karli! She has been part of our daycare family since the very beginning, and she truly is such a special part of our team. ❤️

Karli is always the smiling face you’re happy to see when you walk through the front doors. She brings so much kindness and positivity into our center and is always willing to lend a hand wherever she’s needed. Whether she’s in the office, jumping into a classroom, loving on the kiddos, or even helping in the kitchen, she is always there!

She has such a natural way of making everyone feel welcomed and cared for, from our staff and families to every little one who walks through our doors. And anyone who knows Karli knows what an incredible mom she is. She has the biggest heart, and she brings that same love, patience, and nurturing nature to all of our daycare kiddos. She truly treats them like her own. 🥹💕

We are so lucky to have someone as caring, dependable, positive, and genuinely wonderful as Karli. Thank you for everything you do, every single day. We appreciate you more than you know! 🩷✨

🌟Manager appreciation shoutout! Bianca 🌟

Today, we want to take a moment to shine a massive, well-deserved spotlight on a foundational pillar of our family: Bianca.🎉🥳

Bianca has been with Miss Ashlee’s since the very beginning, and to say she is a loyal team player is an understatement. She handles the front desk and all of our office duties flawlessly, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She is an incredible leader, an amazing mother, a devoted coworker, and a wonderful friend to everyone who walks through our doors. She does so much heavy lifting every single day and truly never gets enough credit for how much she holds down.💟

What makes Bianca truly magical, though, is her extraordinary gift with the children. She has a rare ability to thrive with every single age group, from our tiniest babies to our oldest kiddos. Bianca possesses a special, soft touch that can calm and comfort any child in an instant. No matter how upset, overwhelmed, or big a child's feelings might be, her gentle, patient, kind, and loving nature acts like an immediate safety net.❤️‍🩹

She knows exactly what each child needs to feel safe, seen, and completely loved. We see you, Bianca, we appreciate the immense heart you pour into this center, and we love you so much! Thank you for being our rock since day one! 💕

🌟 Celebrating Miss Stormie! 🌟

This week, we are shining a spotlight on our amazing 3’s lead teacher, Miss Stormie! 💕 Stormie has been a part of the Miss Ashlee’s Child Care & Preschool family since 2020, and we are so thankful for all the love, dedication, and hard work she has poured into our center over the years.

Stormie does an amazing job creating fun and engaging curriculum for our 3’s, helping them grow in their early literacy and math skills while also building communication, independence, and important social-emotional skills. She makes learning fun and gives our kiddos so many opportunities to learn, explore, and grow through hands-on activities and play. 🧸🎨📚

Stormie is also working toward an exciting milestone of her own and will be graduating this fall with her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education! 🎓✨ Her passion for working with children truly shines through in the love and care she brings to her classroom each day.

We are so proud of everything Stormie has accomplished and can’t wait to see all that is ahead for her! Thank you, Stormie, for loving our 3’s, creating such a fun and nurturing classroom, and being such an important part of the Miss Ashlee’s family! 💕🌈

Celebrating Maylin! 🎉
This week, we are shining a bright spotlight on our incredible infant teacher, Maylin, who has been a vital part of our family for a little over a year now!
Maylin cares for our littlest sweethearts (ages 0–6 months), and she has absolutely been rocking it in her classroom. She has gone above and beyond by introducing brilliant new curriculum focused on crucial early milestones, including vocal imitation, object permanence, and engaging physical activities. Because of her dedication, our babies are thriving and hitting their developmental milestones in such a fun, nurturing environment.
It takes a truly special person to care for infants, and Maylin’s patience, kindness, and gentle spirit make her one of a kind.
Thank you, Maylin, for your hard work, your passion for early education, and the endless love you pour into our classroom every day. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💖🍼👶

Miss Ashlee’s first ever mini Circus 🎪 carnival!!! 🤹‍♀️ Soooooo muchhh FUN was had!!!! So many sweet treats, games, and even a bouncy ball pit!!!! 🙌🙌 this is the best life, thank you for sharing your babies with us!!! 🥹♥️
