Last night's Wyoming Walk at Edness Kimball Wilkins State Park was great! We learned much about the history of the park and it's connection with the Oregon Trail.
Did you know that the park was created as a memorial to honor Edness Kimball-Wilkins? She's one of many amazing women who helped shape this wonderful state.
Be sure to join us for our next Wyoming Walk! "Geocaching"!

Social Connection 06/09/2026

We all need connection.

Social connectedness is about having the relationships that help us feel supported, valued, and like we belong. It's not just about how many people we knowβ€”it's about the quality, variety, and meaning of those relationships.

Whether it's family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, or community groups, strong social connections can improve our overall well-being and help us navigate life's challenges.

Take a moment today to reach out to someone, check in on a friend, or spend time with people who lift you up. Small connections can make a big difference. πŸ’™

Social Connection An introduction to social connectedness for individual and community well-being.
