We then partner or purchase those companies and bring our standardized systems into place to control the production cost, finances and install marketing processes. We find that 80% of all businesses are exactly the same and we can hire the 20% we don't know how to do. We really love buying into a category and then rolling up local competitors as a means to increase total revenue quickly. It is exciting to keep failing companies from going bankrupt and saving the jobs of dedicated employees in our acquisitions. Our final goal is to operate the business for 1 to 2 years and then resell it for capital gains. From time to time we keep companies as they look better as a long term cash cow for retirement then a quick sale.
