Dive into a slice of heaven with my Cookies N' Cream Cheesecake🍪🍰❤️
Ingredients:
For the crust:
20 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup whole milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
8 Oreo cookies, chopped
For the topping:
Whipped cream
Oreo cookie crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter for the crust. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour. Stir in chopped Oreos.
Pour filling over crust in the springform pan. Bake for 1 hour.
Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door closed for 5 hours, to prevent cracking.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with whipped cream and Oreo cookie crumbs.
