How do we save our water from pollutants? Youth will investigate real-world solutions by testing water samples, designing filters, and experimenting with ways to reduce harmful substances. This hands-on challenge shows how chemistry helps protect our communities and the environment. We’re excited to bring this experience, and more, to young scientists in our community through the GSK Be a Chemist! program, developed by The Franklin Institute.

🎮 Build your own video games at The Science Zone next week!

If you're between 10–15 and love gaming, world-building, or just want a reason to get out of the house, check out our next camp: The Legend of Code: A Link to Logic (August 10th–14th).

It’s inspired by The Legend of Zelda, and it’s all about giving you the tools to design your own stuff instead of just playing everyone else's.

Here is what we’ll actually be working on:

- Character Design: Crafting custom heroes, creatures, and art.

- Game Mechanics: Figure out how movement, puzzles, and combat systems work under the hood.

- Build a Playable Game: Design, code, and test a game you actually made yourself.

-Sharpen Your Gaming IQ: Understanding game logic makes you a way better player overall.

Plus, hanging out with a room full of people who are into the exact same stuff.

🔥 We just slashed 50% OFF the registration price for this camp.

We dug in, got dirty, and grew something amazing! 🪴☀️

Plants & Botany 101 was a blast.
It wasn’t school- it was a hands-on laboratory where your kid got to be the scientist. 🌱

Here’s why the kids loved it:
- Real-World Experiments: They weren’t just looking at pictures of plants. They built, tested, and figured out exactly what it takes to make life explode from a tiny seed.
- VIP Access to Local Pros: We all hung out with some awesome crews from Wyoming Plant Company, Casper Community Greenhouse Project, and Wyoming Food for Thought Project and did things you can’t just do at home.
- Take Home Your Prize: Every camper got to plant, customize, and take home their very own living creation to show off.

It was five days of awesome experiments, hanging out with friends, and doing the kind of messy fun science that makes summer unforgettable.
