🩺The need for CNAs is always growing, especially as the Baby Boomer generation ages and needs additional care.

There are many reasons to become a CNA, including, but not limited to, a growing job market, job stability, flexibility, and it can be emotionally rewarding.

Casper College Workforce Development is offering a CNA class that follows the Wyoming State Board of Nursing's scope of practice to be qualified to test for licensure with successful completion of the class. Tuition includes testing fees, tuberculosis testing, licensing fees, books, and CPR certification.

🌞What a joy it is to see students of all kinds succeed. This summer is shaping up to be one full of successes, and we want to make sure to celebrate every accomplishment.

Our CNA II/Medication Aide Cert class AND our Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) class both had 100% success rate!! Our CMA spring students also had 100% of students pass the NHA CCMA national certification!

All of these students are now more prepared to take the next step toward their career goals. CNA II/MA-c students have received two certificates of completion required to submit to the WSBN with their license/designation applications.

We are so proud of each and every student that walks through our doors. Congrats on your success! Thank you for letting us be a part of your career journey. 🎉

👩🏽‍⚕️Here at the Casper College Workforce Development department, we are always finding more ways to help those in our community (including our wonderful students) find more accessible ways to learn. We offer a wide variety of classes throughout the year that are available for non-degree-seeking students and degree-seeking students alike.

One of the classes we offer is Certified Nursing Assistant -
CNA. Successful completion of this class makes you eligible to apply for a CNA license from the Wyoming State Board of Nursing. Most everything you need, such as CPR certification, books, licensing fees, and more, are all included in the class fee. 💸

🩺Whether you want to work as a CNA or wish to pursue a career in Nursing, then this class is for you! Register now while seats are still available. For more information, please see the attached flyer.

Calling all American Society of Sanitary Engineers (ASSE) certified professionals!! 🦾

If it's time for you to get recertified, lucky for you, we have a recertification class coming up on June 25th & 26th. Registration is open and ends Friday, June 12 at noon. Make sure to register while you still can! Check out the attached flyer for more information.

Not certified yet but want to be? Not a problem. We will also offer an ASSE Cross Connection Tester class in November. We will post more about this class as we get closer!
