Got the chance to sit in and watch one of UFC Veteran classes tonight. He was nice enough to take time to meet the boys and take a pic before we get ready to compete for the National Titles this weekend.

One of the best parts of what we do is watching the kids get to meet the ones they strive to be like.

Thank you sir for taking the time to chat with them and encourage them.

No Friday Muay Thai or Saturday sessions. All coaches have to work or at competitions with students.

Wyofight 4 went well over the weekend. Proud of the boys for going in, sticking to the game plans, and executing getting two 1st round finishes.

Both these fighters made their amateur MMA debuts.

Landen came out and landed some big shots right off the get. Defended takedowns and stayed composed and landed some big shots to end the fight in the 1st round by TKO.

Broderick had a last minute change of opponent and went in calm. Stay composed got the take down. Rolled through on a sweep and got top position and finished with a guillotine on the fence after landing a few shot on the ground.

Congratulations guys! Lets keep working and growing!!!

Everyone made weight and we are ready to get to work this evening. Great job gentleman.
