Take differentiation to the next level with strategically targeted assessments, instruction and activities.

How? Dig in and find out what students really need. Use short, targeted assessments for students to demonstrate their knowledge!

If they've got it- move on. For those who don't, provide them with individualized instruction and practice targeted to their needs.

Small group instruction can provide you the perfect vehicle to deliver such individualized instruction!

Starting something new doesn't always work out the way we expect. We can plan, research, revise, and plan more and still, it doesn't work out perfect.

And, guess what? That's ok!

Small group instruction can look many different ways. Teachers and classrooms are unique. Show yourself some kindness through this process.

And know that messy is part of the process.
