Luther Classical College

A very rare edition of Johann Gerhard's Meditations, valued at $10,000 and translated at King's College, Cambridge, was donated this past week to Luther Classical College.

We are all over the country this week. Here we see our Professor of Literature and Admissions Director Rev. Jacob Benson speaking to prospective students at Higher Things in Fort Collins, CO. We also are in Chicago for the CCLE conference and in Phoenix for the synod convention.

What a wonderful opportunity for Paul to experience the career of a church musician as a summer intern. We are grateful for his musical ability at LCC and look forward to having him back behind our organ this fall. Enjoy your time at St. Paul, Paul!

We're so happy to welcome Summer Music Intern Paul Olson to St. Paul!

Paul is from Casper, Wyoming, where he lives with his parents, Jon and Emily, and 7 siblings, ranging in age from 2 to 16! Paul just finished his first year at Luther Classical College, where he is studying the liberal arts generally, with a particular emphasis on church music.

Paul wrote, "This summer, I am looking forward to seeing what a career church musician does on a day-to-day basis. Since the Wyoming District really only has one career church musician, there isn't often much chance to do anything like what I get to do here. I am very thankful for this opportunity and feel blessed for all the support I have received since I have been here."
