We are excited for another terrific school year! As we work to ensure all students are ready for the upcoming school year, we ask that families go online before the first day of school or the beginning of fall athletic/activity practices to complete the Parental Acknowledgement Forms via their Infinite Campus Parent Portal. While you're there, please check to ensure your contact information is correct and up-to-date!

VIP PARKING SPOTS...SAVE THE DATE!

For those new to Summit Elementary, there are 6 coveted parking spaces in the teacher parking lot that are auctioned off each year as a fundraiser for LAMP. Families who purchase these spots have the parking space, designated by a sign with their name, for the entire school year. One major perk is avoiding the drop off loop, however the money raised from this fundraiser and how it impacts the students of Summit Elementary is the real win-win.

Bidding for the this year's Summit VIP Parking Spots will begin on Tuesday, August 11th at 9:00 am to 11:00 am MST. It will only be open for two hours this year.

This year we will be using the same system as last year, 32 Auctions. It is recommended to create a login before this date.

We have included a couple details about the bidding process.
-The minimum bid increase is $100.
-A "buy now" price is available on each spot where you can bypass the bidding.
-Bidding will be extended for an additional 3 minutes if a bid comes in during the final 3 minutes of the auction for a maximum of 30 minutes.
-The website is www.32auctions.com to create a log in before the auction begins.
-When bidding, please select what spot you are bidding on (spots 1-6 available). You will only be able to bid on one spot at a time.
-You will be notified that your bid has been received and if you have been out bid through the platform.
-The auction will start op promptly at 9:00 am on Tuesday, August 11th.

In years past this fundraiser had allowed LAMP to purchase the school-wide ELA Curriculum, grade level resources, field trips, and helped pay for resources for our school plays, etc.

LAMP can accept CASH or CHECK ONLY! Payments are NOT to be made through 32 Auctions! Checks can be made out to Summit Elementary School. Please have your payments delivered to the Summit Office on Monday, August 31st by 3:30 pm.

Kindergarten Roundup is almost here!

Summit Elementary's Kindergarten Roundup runs August 3–6, from 8:15am–11:15am each day.

This is an important week for all incoming kindergarteners — we'll be building routines to help your child feel prepared and ready for the school year, plus fun activities so we can get to know them!

Leadership Day is an incredible day where students get to showcase their genius! We are so proud of our Summit Bison! 💙💚💙

Today we said goodbye to our graduating fifth graders as they get ready for their next big adventure! We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can’t wait to see the incredible things they will do in the future!

Anything for our students! Principal Gray followed through on her promise and kissed a goat after Summit students crushed their academic goals and earned 500 Golden Tickets during Leadership Day!

From singing and dancing to laughter and unforgettable performances, our students (and staff) truly shined on stage at this year’s Talent Show. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a fantastic celebration of our school family!
