Here are some developmental + sensory-friendly Cinco de Mayo activity ideas perfect for children ages 3–5.
*Music & Movement (Maraca Shake): Homemade maracas, scarves, music: Builds gross motor skills, rhythm, listening.
*Taste & Texture Exploration: Try snacking on mild foods (chips, mango, lime, salsa): Supports sensory development and descriptive language.
*Obstacle Course Taco Delivery: Crawl, jump, carry items (like your“delivering tacos”) to build gross motor skills and coordination.
