📢 Friendly Reminder from the Health Office 📢
Summer is a great time to make sure your student's vaccinations are up to date!

If your student will be turning 12 years old, Arizona state requirements include updated immunizations for:
✅ Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis)
✅ MCV4 (Meningococcal Vaccine)

Please submit an updated shot record to the Health Office as soon as these vaccinations are completed.
