🥕🥑Food is Energy💪

We all know that what we eat gives our bodies the energy it needs to perform. That is why it is paramount to ensure we take care of what we are feeding our bodies. This fact is even more pronounced in our little learners at preschool and beyond. A study was conducted using nearly 300 students to find the correlation between dietary practices and academic achievement. The study concluded that "nutritional practices significantly impact academic performance among school children" (Ref).

Our little learners are observing real caterpillars up close as they begin their incredible transformation into butterflies. Over the next few weeks, we’ll get to watch God’s beautiful design in motion—turning tiny crawlers into stunning creations. 🦋
