We’ll be celebrating Mr. B’s wonderful career on Sunday, May 24, at the BRAVO, MR. B benefit concert! While in-person tickets are sold out, the event - featuring nearly 300 singers and several inspirational performances from notable CG performing arts alumni - will be live-streamed via the link below. And all ticket and live-stream proceeds will go directly to the CG Music Department 🎶

Congratulations, Zach!

"Lockstock is intentionally misleading. He is the first character to greet the audience and lay the groundwork for the rest of the show. He is a showman, and he allows the audience to get comfortable through his comedy and self-awareness. Despite this initial charm, however, the show goes out of its way to display all of his atrocities. Beneath the guise of the audience’s trustee is a stubborn man who is stuck in his beliefs to the point of brutality. "Learning to play Caldwell B. Cladwell was a towering feat at first. His history and motivations are complicated, which made his Jekyll-and-Hyde-esqe appearance on stage even more of a welcomed challenge. However, through the support and guidance, I felt more than confident to bring Caldwell’s imposing and unapologetic personality to life. "Hope makes it very clear to the audience that she believes strongly in the power of her heart. She sincerely believes that everyone has a heart, and that love and kindness can serve as a beacon for people to do the right thing. I questioned why, in so many situations, people correlate optimism and empathy with naivety and weakness. I decided from then on that I wanted to show the audience that Hope is neither of those things. She’s not ditsy or delusional. She knows exactly what she believes, and she sticks to it.
