A Look in Our Portfolio: Stitch Partners

We worked with Stitch Partners to integrate their conductive fabric filter into a wall mountable product to be placed in airports, offices, and other commercial spaces. The unit pulls pathogens and smoke in through the bottom of the unit. As it passes through the filter, the air is purified and pushed out the top of the unit. The Sentry ERS device is the first of its kind to assist with active shooter and other emergencies. The unit consists of a base unit and a mobile unit. Both broadcast video and audio to enable first responders to have eyes and ears at the scene. The Sentry ERS device is installed in schools, hospitals and other public places to provide faster response times and more situational awareness during emergencies. A Look into our Portfolio: Aquana
The SV2 Smart Valve notifies you if your commercial building has a leak of pipe curst and remotely adjusts the water flow. We began by considering the overall system architecture of the design. This design integrated a motor, battery, several PCBAs, several cables, and a 3-way ball valve. We arranged the components in a way that would be easy to assemble, minimized the overall footprint of the housing, and was ingress protected. We just finished machining these HDPE threaded adapters, which connect a threaded bottle to a flat plate. We've loved working with Rob Kaiser (https://buff.ly/3He6fvL ) on this project and can't wait to see it in use on the finished assembly!

A Look into our Portfolio: Pacekeeper
Hank is a golfer and realized there was a simpler way to notify both players and course managers of the pace of play of each team. His idea was a tracking device that could be placed on golf carts or golf bags that would provide feedback to the golfers about their pace. This information is also sent to the clubhouse so that the course manager can stay informed and send out rangers only when needed. Hank came to us with this idea and we worked with him to evaluate the user experience, integrate the electronics, and create a design for the housing.
