I’ve spent many years leading people, supervising teams, and now building and owning a business. Along the way I’ve learned a lot of practical lessons…..most of them earned through real-life successes, failures, and experiences.

Over the years, people have reached out to ask questions about leadership, culture, difficult conversations, team development, and navigating the challenges that come with leading others. Those conversations have become some of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
