Our mission is to build skills and help others We are an aikido club located in Cary, North Carolina. It relies on redirecting an attacker's energy.
We take our name from our dojo's proximity to the Hemlock Bluffs Nature Preserve. Aikido is a defensive martial art practiced around the world. We see our training as a way to both build our skills and help others. We are committed to cooperation, respect, and service to our communities in everything we do, both on and off the mats.
