Moving into a new series + a new batch of workouts! Over the next 12 weeks, we’re building total-body pulling strength + force production through: Pull-ups, Deadlifts, & Sled pushes + pulls.

For the next 4 weeks you can expect moderate loads & a focus on dialing in our technique while we build the BASE… then we’ll crank it up a notch😏
