Train With Intensity uses many training methods for their clients but the most popular one can be best described as a cardio weightlifting method. Here the exercises are paired so one increases the heart rate and the other focuses on strength. The timing between exercise pairs is also restricted to less than a minute. This maximizes calories burned and at the same time tones and strengthens the body.

What a awesome day to train my people outside. Everyone sign up and come play. First class is FREE:)
Starting week 3 tomorrow with my outdoor class. We have had some awesome weather and all my clients are doing super good.
