**Burmese Khowsuoy **
( Coconut milk based curry , egg & noodles served with choice of meat & other condiments, popular Myanmar dish with touch of Pakistani spices.

3 enriched bread dough recipes—soft, fluffy, and perfect for everyday baking:

Sandwich Bread Dough (Soft Loaf)

Great for toast and daily use

Ingredients:

* 3 cups (375g) flour
* 1 cup (240ml) warm milk or water
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 tsp yeast
* 2 tbsp butter or oil

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients into a soft dough.
2. Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours.
4. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased pan.
5. Let rise again 40–60 minutes.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.

Result: soft, sliceable bread

Dinner Roll Dough (Soft & Fluffy Rolls)

Light, slightly sweet rolls

Ingredients:

* 3 cups (375g) flour
* 1 cup (240ml) warm milk
* 3 tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 tsp yeast
* 3 tbsp butter

Steps:

1. Mix ingredients and knead until smooth.
2. Let rise 1–1.5 hours.
3. Divide into small balls.
4. Place in baking tray.
5. Rest 45 minutes.
6. Brush with butter or milk.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes.

Result: soft, pull-apart rolls

Panettone Dough (Rich Holiday Bread)

Sweet Italian bread with fruits

Ingredients:

* 3 cups (375g) flour
* ½ cup (120ml) milk
* 3 eggs
* ½ cup (100g) sugar
* ½ cup (115g) butter
* 2 tsp yeast
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ cup raisins + candied fruits
* 1 tsp vanilla or citrus zest

Steps:

1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, eggs, and milk.
2. Knead until smooth.
3. Add butter gradually and knead well.
4. Mix in fruits.
5. Let rise 2–3 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
6. Shape into tall round mold.
7. Rise again 1–2 hours.
8. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 35–45 minutes.

Result: rich, fluffy, festive bread

Fall is here and winter is approaching! As every year, Saadia's Home Kitchen 👩🏻‍🍳 is back and now taking orders its famous "Winter Treat" PANJIRI . A power house of energy ( nutrient rich homemade coarse granola) treat that consists of a blend of nuts and many herbal ingredients which is slightly toasted in pure ghee. It's a very old recipe, migrated from generation to generation, equally famous among all ages. This helps in keeping the body nourished, healthy, and boosting the immune.
