After spending 2 days in Twins Falls, Idaho and today in Culpeper, Virginia I can officially say the “back to school” training marathon has started! Being surrounded by educators who are passionate about their work and willing to learn makes the days pass quickly…but the connections will last a lifetime!

This summer was one of learning from others, reflecting deeply, connecting with new people and old friends who are like family….and a whole lot of travel! After two days in Nashville (Planning for Impactful Growth-Admin Leadership Training), a week in Melbourne, Florida (CD1 Summer Institute) and a week in Cincinnati, Ohio (CD Academy), I’m ready start the 2022-2023 school year and intention, passion and an unwavering belief that the work we are doing is needed now more than ever!
