Our NC Pre K class enjoyed the warm weather during rest time today. Spending quiet time outdoors allows children to relax in a calm and peaceful environment while benefiting from fresh air and natural light. Outdoor rest time supports children’s overall well being, helps their bodies recharge, and allows them to return to learning feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of the day.
