It’s back! The “Drumming for Fun!” class is for beginners and experienced beginners focusing on having fun, learning basic techniques, exploring your inner rhythm and learning traditional West African rhythms, its’ history and basic rhythm patterns on the Djembe. No pressure, no stress, just drum for fun! There is no series per se, the agenda will be tailored to the attendees each week.
Drumming for Fun is every Sunday morning* at the Homestead Drumming Music Room in Cary and goes from 10:30am until just after 11:30. The first class will be Oct 9th. Class is $15 per week and creative financing is available. No experience is required and some loaner Djembes are available (please inquire)!
