☀️Day One of iBA’s Summer Intensive 2026 is in the books!

From ballet technique to pointe, variations and repertory, musical theater, modern, and stretch & conditioning, our studios were filled with energy, focus, and excitement from the very first class.

It was especially wonderful to welcome not only many of our current IBA students, but also so many new faces joining us this summer. We are thrilled to have dancers from different backgrounds come together to learn, grow, and share their passion for dance.

A special thank you to our first guest faculty member, Olivier Pardina, for helping us kick off what promises to be an incredible seven weeks of training.

Here’s to new friendships, new challenges, and a summer full of growth, artistry, and discovery. ✨🩰

As we close out the 2025–2026 school year at IBA, we wanted to finish the same way we train every day: with challenge, growth, and purpose. ✨

During our final week of classes, our dancers took on a Variations & Pas de Deux Workshop designed to recreate the fast-paced demands dancers face in professional schools and companies. With only a few rehearsals, they learned, adapted, trusted the process, and rose to the occasion beautifully.

We also welcomed families into our studios for observation classes across all levels — a chance to celebrate the tremendous growth, discipline, and artistry developed throughout the year.

And to end the week, our community stepped up once again. The parents created a beautiful celebration for our graduates, honoring not only their accomplishments, but the years of hard work, resilience, memories, and love for this art form that brought them to this moment. ❤️

We are so proud of every student moving into their next chapter of learning, and deeply thankful to every family that supported these young artists all season long.

Now… onto Summer Intensive 2026 beginning June 8. ☀️🩰

After the incredible high of our Spring Festival ✨ and the beautiful performances at YAGP Finals 🩰, we return to the work that grounds us — the process that reminds us why we love what we do.

The daily class. The discipline. The resilience. The constant pursuit of refinement. And of course, our wonderful community 🤍

This is what makes us happy at IBA.
Not only the moments on stage, but the work behind them. The quiet consistency, the commitment to growth, and the love for the process itself.

Because true joy in this art form comes from falling in love with the work every single day.

What makes you happy? ✨

We are incredibly proud to announce that our student, Nicholas Du, has been selected for the Final Round of the Junior Division at the prestigious Youth America Grand Prix Finals in Houston, Texas.

A beautiful reflection of his hard work, discipline, and dedication to his craft. We cannot wait to see him shine on stage once again.

Toi toi toi, Nicholas!

Congratulations to Iris Lan on two beautiful performances at the YAGP Finals in both her classical and contemporary variations. We are incredibly proud to see IBA represented on this stage among such talented young dancers from around the world.

Experiences like these are about far more than competition results. Learning to perform under pressure, manage nerves and excitement, and continue growing through the process are all part of developing the complete artist. At IBA, we value focused, individualized training that prioritizes long-term artistic growth and professionalism every step of the way.

Bravo, Iris — we are so proud of you. ✨

What a weekend. ✨

The 2026 IBA Spring Festival was filled with unforgettable moments, beautiful performances, and memories that we will carry with us for years to come. From the youngest dancers stepping onto the stage to our most advanced students pouring themselves fully into every role, the joy, dedication, and hard work behind this production could be felt in every moment of the performance.

Our dancers truly left their hearts on the stage. The growth, artistry, courage, and commitment shown throughout the entire program made this weekend incredibly special, and we could not be more proud of every student who was part of it. 🩰

Most importantly, this weekend was a reminder that none of this happens alone. It takes a village. To our parents, faculty, volunteers, staff, supporters, and the entire IBA community — thank you for stepping up once again to help create such a smooth, joyful, and meaningful experience for everyone involved. Your support, trust, and generosity are what make this community so special.

Thank you for celebrating this beautiful weekend with us. ✨
