We’ve got something special for you! Here are highlights for two of our upcoming workshops!
1. Join Jasmine to explore Micaceous Clay - an incredibly special materials with beautiful and unique properties. Learn how she uses this clay to make functional cookware! (Thursdays, 6-8 PM)
2. Join Ryan for a day focused on hand-building with one or two workshops! First, discover how to use slabs to create fantastic forms, like the lidded vessel. Then join the coils clinic and learn how the masters make gigantic forms. You’ll learn tips and tricks, decoration and design, while creating your own works of art. A FREE glaze class is included with each!

We’re hiring!

Youth coordinator: spearhead our Summer Camps, after-school, and track-out programs! Plan, manage, and oversee operations while assembling a team of fantastic youth instructors & support staff.
Teachers: Bring your expertise and passion to wheel, hand-building, and/or youth pottery classes!
Studio Assistants: Learn the ins and outs of studio operations while directly helping build and maintain a space where community and arts thrive!
Summer Camp Staff: Help foster a love for the arts in our youth and have fun along the way!

Carolina Clay Studio is bringing back the Build-a-Beer Stein Pottery Workshop to !

In this guided handbuilding class, you’ll craft your very own custom beer stein - no experience necessary.
We’ll provide the clay, tools, and instruction - plus one beer to sip while you build. Your finished stein will be glazed and fired by our team at Carolina Clay Studio and ready for pickup in a few weeks.
