Research is our greatest hope for continuing to find new treatments for people living with brain injury and related conditions. During Brain Injury Awareness Month, we highlight the important research being done every day to support those living with brain injury and their families.

Revance is studying an investigational drug with potential to reduce muscle spasticity in the arms after TBI. A clinical trial is a scientific study in which participants are assigned to one or more investigational drugs to answer questions about the treatment to see if it works, works better than other treatments, and has side effects.

I was a passenger in the back seat of a speeding truck that was going 75+ MPH in a 35 MPH around curvy roads. Anyway the driver lost control and ran off the road and ran straight into a small tree. After the tree was a very steep embankment. There's no earthly reason I'm alive today and able to function. 🙂 It's all because of the Lord Jesus Christ. I've been in a coma then later passed and went to heaven and hell. After those experiences the Lord sent me back into my body. I had to relearn everything that ppl in this life take for granted. Anyways after I woke up from a coma I had to go to through physical rehab. I'm sorry if I'm skipping things in my testimony but I just want to let everybody know that no matter what the docs say about somebody, they're not the Lord Jesus Christ. 🙂
