Hi, I’m Sandra M Bueno and I’m the founder of Mpowered 4 Life Academy. I created this personal development and life coaching platform to weave the practical tools and models of strategic, leadership coaching and the spiritual insight and foundational identity of being a child of God to understand and re-direct human behavior, especially as it relates to youth, their emotions, actions, decisions, and states of being. As a parent of a 21-yr-old male who is now a Jr. In college, paying his own bills, not depending on me, I want to help you recognize your power and the degree of influence you can have over your child in these magnificent, but tumultuous years. Equally, I want to Mpower YOU to become the leader God has equipped you 2Be, in your own terms & specific calling. Call it, my specialty is to present a two-way-approach to ‘Teach-the-Trainer’. As you do for your child, you simultaneously are serving your own needs. Make no mistake about it. Parents are facing enormous challenges in raising their kids, while protecting them from the outside world and it’s influence. While they are not insurmountable, you need to have both insight and practice to be equipped and intervene in a manner that is direct and effective. Knowing how to create balance, trust, communication, accountability, responsibility and a loving and collaborative relationships where there is two-way reciprocity is a skill you can learn today. Stop thinking you cannot help your child. You can, however you need to know how to best address the issues and challenges you are seeing.
