Looking for volunteer work over the summer? The Read and Feed program is in need of tutors to commit 2 hours once a week to work with students. Volunteers must be over the age of 18. If you're interested, please email [email protected].

Hey all!

We did it! EOG’s are done, grades are in and now it’s time to finish the last remaining days of school (for some of you, the last of Middle School- bravo to all). Thank you to Michelle Ternak and PTA for bringing EOG snacks to the teachers this week and a pizza lunch to end it off. They were very appreciative and we couldn’t make this happen without all of your contributions and support.

Tonight is the 8th grade dance from 4-6 PM. Parents remember you MUST pick your kids up by 6 pm do not be late.

Lastly, we are still in need of some donation items for the 8th grade picnic. Please see sign up genius below if you can help out. Thanks again all and have a great weekend!

Hey all! Hope you had a great, long weekend and a lovely Memorial Day (and stayed warm! crazy weather).

This week is going to be a busy one, so make sure you mark your calendars!
We have our final PTA general body meeting (virtually) Thursday night from 7-8 pm. The Google meet link is in Dr. Savage’s weekly newsletters, please do NOT share the link on any social media platforms. We need a quorum to vote in the new 25-26 officers along with the budget, so please make every effort to dial in at the beginning.

We also have our band concert Wednesday the 28th at 6 pm. Lastly, we have end of 8th grade activities coming up after EOG week and could use some more donations on the SUG below:

The final day of our Teacher Appreciation week was lunch provided by Outback. We had a potato bar with toppings, salads, chili, delicious desserts and drinks. We cannot say thank you enough to our West Cary teachers and staff!

Thank you again to our PTA and school community for donating, and helping us be able to do all these wonderful things for our school, and a big Thank you to Kathleen Miller and Michelle Ternak for all the time planning and the effort it took to make this week all happen! You are IMPressive!

Happy Monday! Day 1 of Teacher Appreciation Day and PTA brought in bagels, donuts, coffee and hot chocolate to kick it off. Our West Cary school staff is amazing and we want to show them all week. 💚🖤

Happy National Principal’s Day to our very own Dr. Savage! West Cary is so lucky to call you our Principal. Thank you for everything you do for our children and school. Enjoy some goodies from the PTA for all your outdoor hiking/running activities.

Hey everyone! We are so excited it’s Teacher Appreciation week next week May 5th-9th! We’ve received so many donations to enhance our PTA portion next week, but just sending a reminder in case you want to do anything for your teachers and/or school staff, or have your kids send in pictures or notes or whatever you think of.
