I sold my first signed copy of After the Applause at church and another copy to my sister after she generously gave her original copy to my dad for Father's Day.

It's funny how support shows up sometimes and in the places you least expect.

My burnout and rediscovering myself, led to an idea, then a prayer, and an answer from God, which turned into a blank page. And now, my baby has become the topic of conversations, connections, and books finding their way into the hands of readers.

Every sale reminds me that this project is reaching people one person at a time.

Something I've learned over the past year is that accomplishment changes you.

My doctorate changed me.
Writing my book changed me.
