This talented little mare is available for an on-farm half lease at our barn in Carver, MA. She is still young and needs a confident rider but has been coming along really nicely and has started doing some work over fences. Message us if you are interested in seeing if she is the right fit for you and please share her with anyone you think might be interested in half leasing her.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable, hardworking horse lover who doesn’t mind helping out around the barn in exchange for time with our horses.

Must be dependable, comfortable around horses, and willing to help keep our barn and paddocks clean!

Life is just a little better with horses in it! From building confidence to creating friendships and memories that last a lifetime, horses have a special way of bringing out the best in us. Watching these young riders grow, learn, and smile in the saddle is a reminder of why we love what we do!

Congratulations to everyone who showed at Beland today! Frankie earned 2 firsts on her mare, Greta in their first show in over a year. Liv earned a 1st and a 2nd on Finn in their first show together and possibly Finn’s first show ever! Aubrey earned a 3rd and a 4th on Dunkin (former cow pony) in their first dressage show together and Dunkin’s first dressage show ever. We are so proud of all of these young ladies for stepping outside their comfort zone and entering the dressage ring!

We got this little mare a few months ago. At that time she had really only had someone sit on her while standing still. We did some ground work with her and then Aubrey and Frankie helped back her and got her going under saddle. They have done a great job with her and she turned out to be a quick study! Today Liv had a great ride on her and rode her walk, trot, canter. I am very proud of all our riders that have helped this mare progress. Aubrey Rooney Frankie Banville

Taking a young horse somewhere new for the first time can be an anxiety-producing experience—for both horse AND rider! New surroundings, new sights, new sounds, and a whole lot of “What was THAT?!” moments. 😅

But today was a huge success! Ana kept her nerves in check, stayed patient and confident, and gave her young horse the guidance he needed. Most importantly, they worked through the challenges together and finished with a positive experience for both horse and rider. #

These are the rides that build confidence, trust, and partnership. It may not always feel easy in the moment, but every successful outing is another step toward becoming a more confident team.

This is this little mares 10th or so ride and she is doing awesome! We are very happy with how she is progressing and are looking forward to continuing her training!
