The competition isn't over yet. Today they'll compete in the Champion Challenge, followed by the Small Animal Master Showmanship competition on Friday.

Congratulations to Madera South High School student Kimberly Castillo on an outstanding accomplishment.

Kimberly was one of only three students to successfully complete the first Fresno County ROP Dispatch Academy this past Friday. Through the Madera South High School Criminal Justice pathway, she has now earned her certification to work as a Public Safety Dispatcher in the State of California.

We are proud of Kimberly's hard work, dedication, and commitment to pursuing a career in public safety. Congratulations on this significant achievement, and we wish her continued success in her future career.

Congratulations to our Madera South FCCLA National Leadership Conference competitors on their outstanding accomplishments!

Giovanni Guevara-Lopez earned a Gold rating in Say Yes to FCS – Level 2 and was recognized as a National Top 10 finalist.

Abbygail Santiago Sanchez earned a Gold rating in Teach or Train – Level 3, demonstrating exceptional preparation, professionalism, and dedication.

We are incredibly proud of both students for representing Madera South with excellence at the national level. Congratulations, Giovanni and Abbygail, on your hard work and success!
