❤️ Celebrating Mrs. Davis for Principal Appreciation Month! ❤️

CHS students and staff came together to show Mrs. Davis just how much she is appreciated!

Mrs. Armstrong’s students created a special Principal Appreciation poster and invited students to sign it. Mrs. Smith’s Culinary students prepared one of Mrs. Davis’ favorite lunches, Monte Cristo sandwiches, while Mrs. Harris’ Floral Design classes created a beautiful fall bouquet. The CHS staff also surprised her with a spa gift and card.

And to make the moment even more special, Emma’s kids helped capture the picture! 📸

We are thankful for Mrs. Davis and the leadership, care, and dedication she brings to CHS each day. We hope she felt just how appreciated she is by our students and staff! ❤️🐾

🌟🍎 EDUCATION PRACTICUM STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: JUSTICE COLBERT 🍎🌟

We’re excited to recognize Carthage High School junior Justice Colbert as this week’s Education Practicum Student Spotlight! ❤️🖤🐾

Justice is completing her practicum at Baker-Koonce Intermediate School with mentor teacher Andy McNaughton, where she is gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fourth-grade resource classroom. 📚✏️

McNaughton says Justice stands out because of her caring heart, cheerful spirit, and dedication to helping students. She takes initiative, looks for ways to support the classroom, and continues to show a willingness to learn and grow each day. 🌟🙌

Some of the moments McNaughton appreciates most are the everyday ones when Justice sees a student who needs help and willingly steps in. Her helpful nature and genuine care for others have made her a valued part of the classroom. ❤️

When asked to describe Justice in one word, McNaughton chose DEDICATED. 💪🍎

Her advice to Justice is to keep the caring heart, cheerful spirit, and willingness to learn that she already brings to the classroom. She believes Justice has a bright future in education and looks forward to seeing the difference she will make in the lives of students. ❤️📚

We’re proud of Justice and the growth she is showing through this experience! Keep up the great work, Justice! 👏❤️🖤🐾

💙Kicking off National TSA Week with Mentor Monday!💙

We all have mentors we’re thankful for—people who encourage us, challenge us, and push us to be our very best. TSA is no different!

Our TSA members had the opportunity to visit some of our younger campuses and serve as mentors to the next generation. From holding doors open to simply being a positive role model, we hope to show these students that they are supported, encouraged, and capable of great things. 🫶

We’re proud to grow leaders who lead by example, serve others, and inspire the next generation.💙🤖

Today, Carthage ISD is proud to celebrate National Coaches Day! 🎉

Our coaches do so much more than draw up plays, run practices, and prepare for game day. They teach discipline, accountability, perseverance, teamwork, and what it means to represent Carthage with pride.

The lessons learned through athletics often stay with our student-athletes long after the final whistle. Behind every early morning, late night, tough practice, big win, and difficult loss is a coach who continues to encourage, challenge, and believe in their athletes.

To all of our coaches across Carthage ISD, thank you for the time, energy, sacrifice, and heart you pour into our students and programs every single day.

We appreciate everything you do for our Bulldogs and Lady Dawgs! 🐾

Happy National Coaches Day! ❤️🤍

🍂🧀 Celebrating Our Principal Who Makes a Difference! 🧀🍂

In honor of National Principals Month, our staff came together to create a special charcuterie table for our amazing principal!

We are so thankful for all she does for our students, staff, and school family each and every day. Her leadership, dedication, and heart make such a difference in our school community.

Thank you for leading with purpose, serving with heart, and always being there for us! We appreciate you more than words (or charcuterie!) can say!
