Well, our Walk Across Texas teams are off to a great start! 🎉 However, I know there's a few more of you that haven't yet registered in Howdy Health!
⏰Deadline to register in Howdy Health is WEDNESDAY, August 26th! This is also the deadline to enter mileage for the beginning of the program (8/16).
📣TEAMS- be sure to enter as much mileage as you can by Monday morning so you look good for our weekly update! 😎

A Matter of Balance! Eight sessions that discuss the various factors contributing to falls. September 17-November 12, 9:00-11:00am, at the UT Health Carthage Hospital - second floor education room.
