Pre-k-6th grade
Camp is October 17th
Game is October 23rd Everyone will get to cheer 3rd quarter
(4th-6th grade are allowed to run out with the cheerleaders on the field after halftime)
attend a pre-game tailgate with former Dallas Cowboys available for autographs (optional)

Today, we are celebrating Mrs. McElligott and all she does to support the teachers and staff at CJHS! From sharing innovative ideas to providing guidance, resources, and instructional support, she plays an important role in helping our teachers grow and our students succeed.

🌟🍎 EDUCATION PRACTICUM STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: JUSTICE COLBERT 🍎🌟

We’re excited to recognize Carthage High School junior Justice Colbert as this week’s Education Practicum Student Spotlight! ❤️🖤🐾

Justice is completing her practicum at Baker-Koonce Intermediate School with mentor teacher Andy McNaughton, where she is gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fourth-grade resource classroom. 📚✏️

McNaughton says Justice stands out because of her caring heart, cheerful spirit, and dedication to helping students. She takes initiative, looks for ways to support the classroom, and continues to show a willingness to learn and grow each day. 🌟🙌

Some of the moments McNaughton appreciates most are the everyday ones when Justice sees a student who needs help and willingly steps in. Her helpful nature and genuine care for others have made her a valued part of the classroom. ❤️

When asked to describe Justice in one word, McNaughton chose DEDICATED. 💪🍎

Her advice to Justice is to keep the caring heart, cheerful spirit, and willingness to learn that she already brings to the classroom. She believes Justice has a bright future in education and looks forward to seeing the difference she will make in the lives of students. ❤️📚
