Listen, these things are so expensive!! But it's worth it to keep these babies safe. When I adopted my daughter I was required to have smoke detectors outside all sleeping areas. Well daycare is different. They require a smoke detector in every single room used for childcare. And because I have a gas furnace I need a carbon monoxide detector too. If you have an inspection and the battery is dead or chirping, Missouri law mandates you to get your smoke detectors hard wired in. So we got the dual carbon monoxide and smoke detectors with sealed 10 year battery. Also got some cute little signs for our fire extinguisher. Okay, let me go get all this stuff installed. ✨ 🧯

When choosing a daycare, location matters—and we're so thankful for ours!

Being right next to the school means our neighborhood benefits from school zone speed limits, plenty of street lighting, and a community designed with children in mind.

One thing that gives us extra peace of mind is that there are no registered s*x offenders within a 1,000-foot radius of our daycare.
