🎓 Exploring Magnet Program Opportunities! 🎓

A huge thank you to the Magnet Coordinators and students from Adairsville, Cass, and Woodland High Schools for taking the time to visit with our 8th graders and share information about their high school Magnet Programs!

Magnet Programs provide students with opportunities to explore specialized areas of interest, develop their talents, participate in engaging, hands-on learning experiences, and prepare for future college and career pathways. These programs allow students to discover their passions while challenging themselves academically and gaining valuable skills for success beyond high school.
We are excited for our 8th graders to learn about the different opportunities available to them as they begin preparing for their transition to high school. Experiences like these help students make informed decisions about their educational journey and explore programs that align with their interests, goals, and aspirations.

Thank you again to our visiting schools for investing in our students and helping them see the many possibilities that lie ahead! We encourage parents to talk with their students about what they learned and explore the Magnet Program options available as they plan for high school. 💙📚

The future is full of possibilities, and we are excited to help our students discover theirs! 🌟

Congratulations to Jay Patel for being the first 7th grade band student to finish all his pass-offs for the semester! He has even passed of his GMEA scales and chromatic scale. This is an incredible achievement and we are so proud of him! Great initiative Jay!

These students worked hard to prepare a wonderful performance and represented Cass Middle School with pride! 👏💙 We are so proud of their growth, dedication, and commitment to making great music together! 🎺🎷🎶

The next CMS Family Night is on the calendar...Spooky STEM Night on Thursday, October 15th at 6PM in the CMS cafeteria! We plan to have fun activities AND our CMS cafe will be open to serve dinner! That's right...for $5 you can purchase a yummy dinner and celebrate community with our CMS family.
