Our Voices United Choral Festival is right around the corner! Join us on November 3rd from 9am-1pm to hear the incredible Perth Amboy High School Gospel Choir, Carteret Chamber Choir, Abraham Clark High School Concert Choir, JFK Memorial High School Concert Choir, Rahway High School Choir, and Hightstown High School Advanced Choir— AND to be inspired by our brilliant guest clinician, Vinroy Brown!

What a musically fulfilling two days it has been! From the CHS Spring Choir Concert on June 1st to attending the Music in the Parks Festival on June 2nd with our Wind Ensemble! We even won some awards!!

Music in the Parks Awards:
CHS Chamber Choir: Best Overall HS Choir
CHS Chamber Choir: 1st Place Superior Rating
CHS Chorale: 2nd Place Superior Rating
CHS Concert Choir: 3rd Place Superior Rating
Outstanding Student Accompanist: Paris Gabriel Allado
CHS Wind Ensemble: 2nd Place Superior Rating

Congratulations to Francesca Navarro and Ronuel Ricafort for being accepted into the 2023-2024 NJ All-State Chorus and making CHS Choir history!

Over 700 students from all 21 counties auditioned for a spot in this prestigious ensemble and we are so incredibly proud of them for representing Carteret proudly! Concerts will be held at NJPAC (Newark) and Atlantic City next school year.
