Looking to grow as a leader, build mentorship skills, and make a positive impact in your community? Check out Project Optimism's Mentor 2 Mentor (M2M) program!

This 12-week leadership and mentorship program is open to young adults ages 18–26 and is designed to help students develop leadership, emotional intelligence, and peer mentoring skills through weekly workshops and leadership labs.

✨ Program Benefits:
• 🎓 Certificate of Completion
• 💵 $250 stipend after completing 50 service hours
• 🤝 Leadership and mentorship experience for your resume
• 📝 Letters of recommendation
• 🚀 Priority consideration for Project Optimism internships and future career opportunities
